We are thrilled to announce Erik Plesset as the newest member of the Chemtek family! Erik joins us as our new Manager of Talent Acquisition, where he’ll be leading our recruiting efforts and helping us build the strong, passionate team that fuels our continued growth.
A Career Built on People
Erik is an industry expert bringing over 20 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across engineering, construction, energy, manufacturing, and government contracting. From sourcing and screening to onboarding, he has worked closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Along the way, he has also run his own recruiting firm, giving him the unique perspective of both a consultant and a hands-on leader.
His career has taken him around the world—including serving as a project manager in the Middle East, where he handled staffing for large-scale construction projects. That international experience gave him an eye for cultural fit and adaptability, two qualities that are central to building lasting, high-performing teams.

The PavePro brand is growing too quickly for us to keep up with demand—and that’s exactly why Erik was brought on board. We needed an industry expert who could not only recruit talent but also build a scalable foundation for our future. Erik is already creating the systems and processes that will allow us to expand responsibly, from modern applicant tracking tools to structured interview workflows.
That work is already in motion as we hire for several exciting roles, including accounting associates, inside sales account executives, office associates for sales support, delivery drivers, and regional service technicians for our industrial bed spraying systems.
